Returns & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must apply:
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging along with all tags
- Proof of purchase must be submitted (order number or invoice)
- The item should not bear damage due to misuse or negligence, washing errors, etc.
Items Eligible for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange is allowed for:
- T-shirts found defective or damaged at the time of delivery
- Wrong sizes, colors, or even an entirely wrong item
- Exchanges for another size or style. If price differences apply, the customer will bear these.

Please include your order number and a reason for return or exchange. Our support team will assist you with the process, and arrange pickup or dropping off with our courier partner.
The exchange will take place or store credits will be issued after the item is received and found to be in order.
⚠️Cash refunds to customer’s accounts and change-of-mind refunds will not be provided. Refunds will be given only for defective items or incorrect delivery.
Refund and store credit issuance process
If refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7-10 working days
- Refunds would be made through Bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
- Store credit may be offered instead for future shopping.
Exceptions for Return
- Worn, washed, or damaged T-shirts
- Items with no original packaging or tags
- Sale and clearance items are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
